How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing takes 1-2 business days, and made-to-order pieces have a lead time of up to 2 weeks. After that, transit is 3-5 business days to the US, 3-7 to the UK and Europe, and up to 14 days elsewhere. Full detail on our shipping page.

My brass is turning dark. Is something wrong?

No. That is unlacquered brass behaving exactly as it should. Air, water, and skin oils darken it into a warm patina over weeks and months. Areas you touch daily stay brighter. If you prefer the bright look, any brass polish will restore it, and the patina will begin again.

Can a standard plumber install these?

Yes. Our fixtures use standard plumbing connections. Tell your plumber the mounting type, wall-mount, deck-mount, or floor-mount, before the job, since wall-mount fixtures need rough-in work behind the wall. If you need dimensions or a spec drawing before ordering, ask us.

Can I return or cancel my order?

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. See our cancellation policy. After delivery you have 30 days to request a return under our return policy. If a fixture arrives damaged, email us with photographs and we will replace it.
