This website is operated by Brasselo LLC. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Brasselo LLC. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Online Store Terms

2. Products and Pricing

Our fixtures are handmade from solid unlacquered brass. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in finish, hammering, and tone are normal and are not defects. Unlacquered brass is supplied without a protective coating and will develop a patina over time; this is the intended behaviour of the material and is not grounds for return.

We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces colour exactly. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and other providers; we do not store your card details. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Delivery estimates, customs charges and damage claims are covered in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our return and refund policy. Order changes and cancellations are covered in our cancellation policy. Those documents form part of these terms.

5. Installation and Suitability

Our fixtures must be installed by a qualified plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes. We are not responsible for damage, leaks, or loss arising from incorrect installation, incompatible plumbing, or use outside the product's intended purpose. It is your responsibility to confirm dimensions and rough-in requirements before ordering; we will supply specifications on request.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brasselo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or our products, including labour costs associated with installation or removal. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, product images, and the Brasselo name and marks, belongs to Brasselo LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
